  CANCELLATION POLICY:
All cancellations are subject to a non-refundable $100 administrative fee. Substitutions may be made up to 24 hours in advance of conference. To receive a refund, your written cancellation must be received one week before the conference date. Refunds will not be issued after that date. You can apply the registration fee to another Westar program of your choice.
