Interface Design and Verification
In the fast moving area of C4I technology, the rapid design and verification of physical, electrical, electronic, and software interfaces are critical to the deployment of today’s advanced defense systems. Westar operates system integration laboratories and independent validation and verification test-beds for important military customers that work to aggressive timelines. For instance, Westar operates the Airborne Command and Control System (A2C2S) System Integration Lab (SIL) in the Central Technical Support Facility at Fort Hood, TX, a field operating agency of US Army’s Chief Information Officer / G6. Westar supports the development, test and integration of advanced battle command capabilities for the US Army, making the digital battlefield a reality for today’s warfighters.
