Model Development and VV&A
Westar’s NASA and defense customers rely on our broad spectrum of software capability to design custom codes and network tools to support in-depth evaluations of a wide range of prime contractor software products such as critical algorithms, single element models, system level simulations, and tactical components. Combined with our use of specialized data reduction and visualization tools, we provide insights into both the software performance and other specialized assessment arenas. Our technical approach uniquely couples commercially available tools such as DOORS and McCabe with prototype HWIL/SWIL test beds in a total closed loop system performance to provide system requirement decomposition, flow-down and validation. We’re a leader in applying accredited SEI practices and procedures for VV&A in support many complex weapon systems.
