Test Management and Planning
The US Missile Defense Agency, the US Army and joint program participants
are faced with increasing cost and test complexity prior to fielding important
technologies and systems. Westar reduces test costs through simulation,
test management and planning as the test planning analytical lead for
the MDA Combined Test Force. We are experts in scenario and trajectory
generation, kinematics, radar systems management, data collection, range
infrastructure requirement definition, telemetry coverage and link margin
analysis, FTS, intercept and orbital debris modeling, and test program
documentation development. Westar was chosen by the Ground Based Midcourse
Defense Element Test and Evaluation Office to Develop the System Test
and Evaluation Planning Analysis Lab (STEPAL). Westar has the expertise,
analysis tools and models to assess and strategically plan a flight test
program for BMDS and other missile systems.
