Interactive Multimedia Instruction and Courseware (IMIC)

TSPD’s Interactive Multimedia Instruction and Courseware (IMIC) tool offers scenario-based training where choices can lead a trainee down multiple paths.

Video vignettes are used to present scenarios to the trainee. These are professionally produced using actors and local staff to replicate stressful situations without physical danger.

Based on their study of current policies and procedures, trainees make decisions which can be viewed online. Their choices dictate the next scenario to be presented for training.
