Westar Wins Army Safety Center Engineering Support Contract

St. Louis, Missouri, August 23, 2002 -- Westar's COBRO Division announced today the win of multi-million dollar GSA contract award to provide Safety Engineering and Systems Analysis support services for the Army Safety Program at Ft. Rucker, Alabama.

Under this contract, COBRO will perform various research and analytical services to develop new concepts and programs to further improve the safety of both ground and aviation systems, and will also managing the Flight Data Recorder (FDR) Program.
