BAGWILL APPOINTED VICE
PRESIDENT OF HUMAN RESOURCES
AT QINETIQ NORTH AMERICA’S SYSTEMS ENGINEERING GROUP
HUNTSVILLE, Ala., Jan. 6, 2009─ The Systems Engineering Group of QinetiQ
North America has appointed Gary Bagwill to Vice President of Human Resources.
Bagwill will report directly to Group President Garrett Martz.
In his new position, Bagwill will provide the Systems Engineering Group with
strategic leadership, and oversee the development and execution of human
resource policies, programs, and services, including employee relations,
compensation, recruitment and retention, benefits, succession planning and other
HR-related issues critical to the Group’s success.
Bagwill brings to the Systems Engineering Group more than 25 years of experience
in human resource management. Prior to his new appointment, he served as
Corporate Vice President of Human Resources at FormTech Industries, LLC, a
forged metal components supplier to the automotive light vehicle, heavy truck
and industrial markets. Prior to that, Bagwill was Corporate Vice President of
HR at VT Griffin Services, a leading provider of logistics, engineering,
construction and other infrastructure support services to the military,
government and commercial sectors.

resource programs and initiatives,” said Martz.
Bagwill earned a BSBA in Management from the University of Missouri, St. Louis.
A retired Commanding Officer of a Naval Reserve Intelligence command unit, he
currently carries a Top Secret security clearance.
