PCS II Success Story
Mission: The Army Aviation RESET Program manages the inspection, repair
and overhaul of helicopters as they return from Iraq and Afghanistan for
refurbishment. The program’s top priority is to restore each aircraft to
its pre-war condition and return it to the field as quickly and
efficiently as possible. With numerous repair sites across the U.S. and
more than 1,500 helicopters, Program Managers needed a decision support
tool that would help them quickly determine where to send each
helicopter based on its specific reset needs, the facility’s
